1st day of my diet program..
(weight: 58 kgs, target: 40 kgs kekekekekek)
Pagi2, Abigail ikutan sibuk nimbang badan.. 12 kgs aja...
"Aku juga mammie, aku juga..." sambil tolak pinggang, kaya' yang ngerti aja liat timbangan, hihihi
First temptation of the day... Abigail's cheese bread....
"You want a bite, mammie?" ask her nicely.
"No, thank u pumpkin, Mammie's fasting a little today," hehehe NIATTTT
-Simple but sure breakfast: 1 big cup of black coffee (it's a must)
-8.00 to 12.00 : no 'snack', mineral water only, more or less 3 big glasses
-12.30 :1 big bowl of cabbage soup with 2 big slices of papaya
-1 big glass of mineral water
-13.00 to 15.30: 1 small cup of black coffee and no 'snack', plus another 3 glasses of mineral water
-16.00 1 big slice of papaya again
19.00 1 big bowl of cabbage soup (+ a tiny bite of 'keripik balado' from my little abi, could not say 'no' huh??)
20.00 2 glasses of mineral water
Alhamdulillaaah....
